A native of Providence, Rhode Island, Marie received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Rhode Island. After moving to Denver, CO, she enlisted in the US Air Force. While enlisted as Medical Laboratory Technician, she completed her Master’s Degree in Management with Troy State University and was ultimately commissioned as a Transportation Officer.
